Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had both positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean with many amenities but needed maintenance, the service was friendly but could be more attentive to guest convenience. The location was a bit congested and far from main areas, and the dining offered a nice variety of options but was on the small side.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms had some cleanliness issues like hair on the bed and pillows and stains on the bathtub drape, the hotel provided me with two rooms although without kitchen utensils. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly. The location was not very convenient, taking up to an hour to reach downtown. The dining options were limited, and the breakfast hours were too early. However, the boiled eggs were a nice touch. The facilities were average with no standout features.
The hotel had spacious rooms with balconies and a kitchen, ideal for families. However, the constant noise from the ventilation system led me to change hotels, which turned out to be the best decision. The service was unhelpful and rude, lacking experienced staff members. The location was far from downtown Toronto but suitable for family visits in Thornhill. Facilities were basic and needed improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with big, clean rooms that offered a great view. The service was top-notch with friendly and welcoming staff. The location was a bit confusing but still close enough to Toronto City Centre. The dining experience was just okay, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was not the best experience. The rooms were not well-maintained, with dust all over the walls, and the ventilation system made annoying noises that disturbed my sleep. The location was out of the way, far from downtown and attractions, and the dining options were limited. The saving grace was the friendly Indian male staff at check-in, but overall, changing hotels was the best decision I made.
The hotel rooms are spacious and sleek but had dust all over the walls and were uncomfortably warm. Despite that, the setup worked out perfectly for my wife, me, and our adult daughter utilizing the sofa pullout. The service was exceptional, with staff going the extra mile to assist us. The location was good for meetings but lacked nearby activities. The dining options were not to my preference, but the Liberty Suite was an excellent choice. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, catering to various needs.
